I am remiss not to have contacted you earlier, but now that all wedding guests have now returned home I now find the time to sit down and think over fabulous time spent with them over the wedding of our son Ryan to Beth Rowles.

We had a fantastic night at Whitfield House and want to thank you for the wonderful spread you provided on the evening. I thought for sure being the mother of the groom I would have trouble sitting down long enough to actually eat, but I ended up finding myself going back for seconds.

Many of our guests are involved in hospitality in Brisbane and the feedback we have received back from them has prompted me to let you know how impressed they were. The quality of quantity of dishes were fantastic and the staff provided on the evening all were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. There was a smiling face ready, willing and able to help us out with any query we may have had. The varity of food was spectacular and there was more than enough to go around. How often have we heard of guests on the last table missing out? That was definitely not the case for this wedding.

Please pass on my compliments to all of your staff — from chef, kitchen hands, table and drink waiters, and cleaners — and thank you for making the night such a wonderful memory for not only the bridge and groom but all the guests who travelled from all over Australia. Cairns is a wonderful memory for all of them.

I found your product on Saturday night — exceptionally good — and have had awesome feedback from everyone about how terrific the food was.

Hello Delphine,
We all had a fabulous evening on Thursday night — the setting, the food, the service and the atmosphere could not have been better. We hope to return to Whitfield House later in the year for a follow up.

The evening proved to be a very good pre-cursor to our training the following day.
